She has created one of the only female-led real estate brokerages in the nation, Tru Realty. As CEO and Co-Founder of RETEQ, Sarah has a deep understand of brokerage operations and is responsible for the daily operations and oversight of multiple growth strategies being carried out by the organization. Sarah is an active member of the Entrepreneur’s Organization.

Mike has a proven leadership track record spanning 20+ years in the U.S. Military, financial services industry, SaaS, and through board membership. Mike served in the United States Marine Corps as a Counterintelligence Specialist from 1993-2002. As VP of Sales with Chime, Mike grew revenue 6X in less than 3 years. Mike was most recently with Aidentified, an AI focused start up as the Head of Revenue and Customer Service. Mike is leading the development and implementation of the distribution strategy for RETEQ.

Ana Tomboulian is the AI/ML Scientist driving innovation behind Broker AI at RETEQ. Before RETEQ, Ana was the CTO and Co-Founder of Peerlogic, an Arizona-based startup that developed HIPAA-compliant conversational AI systems for healthcare. There, she led the creation of secure, high-volume phone automation tools that managed thousands of patient interactions daily. Ana’s deep expertise in AI and her track record of building reliable, regulatory aligned communication tools position her as a leading force in the next generation of real estate technology.
